Describe your involvement or interest in adventure-based experiential learning.
I own and operate a small teambuilding/leadership development business utilizing adventure programming. We speciallize in school and college groups but also do a limited amount of corporate workshops.
I am also the director of a non-profit indoor ropes course in Liverpool, NY affiliated with Liverpool Community Church. The center provides people with opportunities to do challenge initiatives during the long cold winter in upstate New York. The website is:
LCCAdventureCenter.com
What are your goals, and how can The Challenge community help you achieve them?
My two goals for 2009 are:
1. To increase the number of people who experience remarkable adventure programming in upstate NY through TEAM Adventure.
2. To finish building 5 high elements in the Adventure Center and have them ready and inspected by next fall.
The Challenge community can help me through marketing ideas and through advice in design and construction of 5 high elements in a gym.

It's going well! In the middle of "conference season" right now, and trying to sort through all the great new ideas I've been hearing and thinking about. Good to hear from you. If you are ever around Livonia, let me know. I'll show you around our facilities
