Describe your involvement or interest in adventure-based experiential learning.
I currently create and facilitate small scale outdoor programs and I direct a summer residential camp program. My primary interests are Equine Assisted Learning, Canoeing, Archery, EE, Hiking, and helping people discover, use, and protect our public lands.
I believe that experiential learning of all kinds is more powerful than other types of learning and adventure-based experiential learning pushes participants to new level of awareness and growth especially concerning themselves and how they interact with others and the world at large.
What are your goals, and how can The Challenge community help you achieve them?
When committed people come together, more can always be accomplished. Any method of networking is beneficial. I am always looking for collaborative connections and of course camp and program staff and volunteers.
