- I am the Managing Director of an experiential learning company that has an adventure-based program called Momentum Camp. This camp is an adventure-based competition where participants undergo a series of physically, mentally, and psychologically challenging activities as both individuals and team players; all with the aim of increasing the participants' self awareness- that takes place through pushing themselves totally out of their comfort zones.
- What are your goals, and how can The Challenge community help you achieve them?
- One of our most important business goals is to become the best in what we do, which is experiential learning. For that, we want to master the know-how of designing learning experiences (whether adventure-based or not), and The Challenge community can help us through knowledge sharing, access to best practices, and introducing us to potential business development opportunities through accreditation, joint-projects, and internaitonal programs with members of the network.
