Describe your involvement or interest in adventure-based experiential learning.
Since 1990 I have been facilitating experience-based training for people primarily in the business world. I regularly train facilitators how to use a ropes course and I also train facilitators how to use experiential methods indoors and without permanent "fixtures".
I have authored and co-authored several team building and facilitation books.
What are your goals, and how can The Challenge community help you achieve them?
I want to stay informed about trends and new ideas in the field of experiential education. I also want to be available to help answer questions that other may have.
It's funny you would mention that, because for some reason I was thinking about it the other day - for one, it is so unlike me to "break the rules", and for another, it makes me think of how to utilize the technology in activities. I am planning on being at NCCPS, so I look forward to seeing you there.

I did a workshop with you a few years ago at NCCPS on spots and can't find the notes from it. Do you still have those? I have done Delta a million times since then. Can you email the notes to me at jordanrimmer@hotmail.com?

Thanks for signing the book I ordered. I'm leading a large group games workshop this weekend and will definitely put in a good plug.
