Describe your involvement or interest in adventure-based experiential learning.

I have been the Director of the Adventure Learning Center at YMCA Camp Ihduhapi since the Fall of 2002. I have been working as a facilitator on Low & High Ropes Courses since 1986. I recently achieved the ACCT Ropes Course Manager certification from Universal Ropes Course Builders Inc.
My favorite thing about my job is seeing staff grow in their facilitation abilities. I also really like working Team Building groups with kids as participants.

What are your goals, and how can The Challenge community help you achieve them?

1) Keep current on Team Building & Challenge Course trends within the industry.
2) Connect with other Ropes Course Managers that programs that are as large as the one here.
3) Find potential staff
