Describe your involvement or interest in adventure-based experiential learning.

I am a challenge course manager for Cispus Learning Center, a non-profit outdoor education center operated by the Association of Washington School Principals. I became involved in the challenge course industry about four years ago, and absolutely love it.

What are your goals, and how can The Challenge community help you achieve them?

Find Interns! And potentially another manager. Network with individuals and organizations in the field to have the best impact on clients as possible.
