- Describe your involvement or interest in adventure-based experiential learning.
- I am a Senior at Southern New Hampshire University. I will be graduating with a BA in Education and a Minor in Business. I have been participating in high and low ropes courses, team building, and climbing since I was young. I also work for a Recreation Center in Franklin NH where I have re-vamped our C.I.T Program to incorporate adventure-based learning activities.
- What are your goals, and how can The Challenge community help you achieve them?
- I would like to see adventure based learning incorporated into more school curriculum. I believe it give students confidence, team building skills, leadership skills, problem solving skills, and much more. I would like to take the first step in becoming a certified facilitator in High and Low ropes. I have been having a hard time find a class in NH and would be most grateful if you could point me in the right direction.
