Describe your involvement or interest in adventure-based experiential learning.
I work at a residential care facility for youth who have been neglected, abused, or have behavior issues. We use this as a form of treatment.
What are your goals, and how can The Challenge community help you achieve them?
My goal is to provide the best and most helpful programming that i can for the kids in my care.
I need help with some ideas

Hey Jason,

I am currently looking for an internship and/or practicum. I dont know if I am allowed to get paid for it or not. One thing that is a concern is I need to have a supervisor that has a Master's Degree. If there are any places that you know of that you could point me to that would be great. Thanks for the quick response.

I am currently getting my Master's in Counseling with a focus on therapeutic ropes courses. My preference would be to work with youth at a residential facility. I was wondering if your program was faith based, if there were counselor or facilitator positions that involved working with the kids in the form of counseling?
