- I am an adventure-based experiential provider, running The NEXTeams Companies my own team building and adventure instruction program in Maryland. I believe that experiential learning is the most powerful and effective way to facilitate positive change in an organization. The shared experience of an outdoor adventure or team building event, in conjunction with timely and provoking follow-up, creates a learning environment in which fast and lasting change is possible.
