- Describe your involvement or interest in adventure-based experiential learning.
- I started teambuilding through my last employer where I participated in events to help with communication of management and the staff that we worked with. That ran into the desire to get more involved and begin leading sessions for all employees from Sales and upper management to the shop workers on all shifts.
I presently facilitate teambuilding based activities during training days for the teaching staff at Milwaukee College Prep, where I am a co-teacher.
- What are your goals, and how can The Challenge community help you achieve them?
- Network with others that have the same desire to see the outcome of activities affect the participants positively. Gathering of ideas about challenges and successes will be helpful for me to ensure that my activities are successful as well.
