Describe your involvement or interest in adventure-based experiential learning.
I have been a facilitator on Ropes Courses and working with students for the past 13 years. Recently began working with a local non-profit with some leadership development. I also facilitate with several program around Western Oregon.
What are your goals, and how can The Challenge community help you achieve them?
To connect and learn with others in the field......
Aileen as per the video comment "Spheres of Speed"
The only instructions are team do not start until I say "GO"
and as a facilitator have your finger ready on the watch I have seen teams complete this is as fast as 1.2 seconds.
Processesing is all about planning, planning, planning, and mastery.
Aileen here is a different version that I have used with Cycle Time I call it "Puzzle Connection" feel free to change. It works well with conflict, I generally use it with corporate groups that need to bridge communication between shifts, depts, manager and employees etc...
Usually a group of 8 - 15 people. I split them into two work teams give them the directions lamanted and get out of the way for more ideas and input please ask. Like I said when I commentd on the photo I LOVE the puzzle and I am constantly developing variations - let me know if you have any trouble with the download of the document.
