- I am the Lead Facilitator at Bryn Mawr Mountain Retreat & Conference Center. With over 10 years of group, team and ropes course facilitation I am responsible for all experiential training, development, and education at our facility. We serve all group of very ages and sizes, ranging from large school retreats to large corporate events and training's as well as run a 7 week summer camp for almost 400 young women.
