I recieved an email from a college profesor collegue here it is;
I am in the process of creating a course and I was hoping you would be able to answer my question. I was wondering if there are any relevant scholars/theories that you work with or take many of your activities from? I have been charged with the task of looking at literature on leadership and more importantly, leadership as it relates to Simulation/Training/Active Exercises/rope courses or similar projects.
